A Journey in Time

1998

The First Mango

Mango Masala opens its doors at India Motor Circle, Mahaveer Marg, Ajmer. A pure vegetarian kitchen with humble roots and extraordinary flavours — locals immediately make it their favourite.

2004

A World on the Plate

Mango Curry is born — Ajmer's first World Cuisine restaurant. Italian pastas, Mexican wraps, Lebanese hummus, Chinese stir-fries and more. A taste of the globe in the heart of Rajasthan.

2010

Up in the Clouds

CoffoHolic opens as a dedicated rooftop coffee lounge. Ajmer's first specialty coffee experience, paired with all-day breakfast, desserts, and a view that made it a city institution.

2014

Crust & Craft

Pizzeria launches with thin-crust Italian-style pizzas fired fresh. CakeCraft — our in-house artisan bakery — opens alongside, making celebration cakes and pastries for the city.

2018

Private & Terrace

The Den opens as Ajmer's premier private dining room — intimate, luxurious, perfect for 20 guests. Moussaka Terrace follows as an alfresco Mediterranean-inspired open-air experience for 50+.

2022

For the Little Ones

Children's Playground is added — a dedicated supervised play zone and kid-friendly dining area so parents can enjoy their meal in peace. Families become our fastest-growing guest segment.
